Users with accounts as well as those who are looking to register for a SSS account are all into chaos in different online blogs these past few weeks. I have noticed this myself as most of them are having problems accessing their account with the Social Security System via the online inquiry system. With respect to signing up for a new account, the problem is that the official SSS website always returns an error.
Now what do members have to do with this kind of service. In fact, this blog alone must've received hundreds of comments from members clamoring that they can't create an account nor log in or sign in to their previously existing and active account. Whatever happened to the SSS online inquiry system in the Philippines should be address as soon as possible.
P-Noy should hear this out before millions flock in front of Malacanang for this issue. I hope the right people and authorities read this post - SSS help

The SSS online inquiry has gained a lot of visits these past few years as the development of the internet technology has increased. Mostly, offices already use computers which enable employees to make an inquiry on their SSS contributions even on break time hours using the official website.
Availability Problems
The availability SSS online inquiry has really revolutionized the system of getting information regarding diverse matters about the SSS. Members are proud that this particular move by the government agency to popularize the online availability of information helped a lot in terms of minimizing time consumed falling in line for those who have online access and have their own computers with internet connection.
Apart from this big achievement, however, the only problem that most members are facing is the incapability of the website to become available in a 24/7 basis because most of the time, the page itself cannot be loaded properly. I believe this is true according some comments by members because I have encountered this myself before.
Needs Some Links Fix
Also, another big concern is that the other links within the homepage is most of the time inaccessible and I don't know when they will be available for the eager public. Like that of the employment opportunities link wherein when you try to click it, you will be made to wait literally hours and it won't load up at all.
The government has to do something here because we are talking about millions of Filipinos who are depending on the information using online inquiry. This saves them time, effort, money and lessens the air pollution in a global perception minimizing the travel that a person makes only to fall in line for hours just find out that something is missing so there is nothing you can do but go back.

Now, there are available SSS downloads that you can even take advantage and use to help yourself have access to different SSS forms using only a few minutes of your time and if you don't have online access, you can rent a computer for only Php 20.00 per hour. This is what I call convenience, provided of course that you won't get hit by the long loading of the pages. I would like to suggest that you take time looking at the SSS website at night where it is easier than in the morning.
