Online Visit Increase
The SSS online inquiry has gained a lot of visits these past few years as the development of the internet technology has increased. Mostly, offices already use computers which enable employees to make an inquiry on their SSS contributions even on break time hours using the official website.
Availability Problems
The availability SSS online inquiry has really revolutionized the system of getting information regarding diverse matters about the SSS. Members are proud that this particular move by the government agency to popularize the online availability of information helped a lot in terms of minimizing time consumed falling in line for those who have online access and have their own computers with internet connection.
Apart from this big achievement, however, the only problem that most members are facing is the incapability of the website to become available in a 24/7 basis because most of the time, the page itself cannot be loaded properly. I believe this is true according some comments by members because I have encountered this myself before.
Needs Some Links Fix
Also, another big concern is that the other links within the homepage is most of the time inaccessible and I don't know when they will be available for the eager public. Like that of the employment opportunities link wherein when you try to click it, you will be made to wait literally hours and it won't load up at all.
The government has to do something here because we are talking about millions of Filipinos who are depending on the information using online inquiry. This saves them time, effort, money and lessens the air pollution in a global perception minimizing the travel that a person makes only to fall in line for hours just find out that something is missing so there is nothing you can do but go back.
SSS Downloads - Forms
Now, there are available SSS downloads that you can even take advantage and use to help yourself have access to different SSS forms using only a few minutes of your time and if you don't have online access, you can rent a computer for only Php 20.00 per hour. This is what I call convenience, provided of course that you won't get hit by the long loading of the pages. I would like to suggest that you take time looking at the SSS website at night where it is easier than in the morning.

What happen to the old site of SSS?
I think the older one is so much better than this site.
I thougth that the website has been under repair and updgrading for how many days but as a can see the result is not working properly too and i find it more difficult to inquire online...
Kindly return the older one for us to inquire online...

it is a very tedious task to inquire here...i hope the so called revolutionized sss online will be possible not just a mere hearsay or rumor or shall i say press realeases
to all who made the changes on the old sss website this is not helping us to know our status we cant configure your foolishness and as we all know our money was all gone by not able to check our status, therefore making such changes on this site will require a bomb to crack it, thus allowing us wander in limbo by taking those endless lines.... now go figure!!!!!!!

how to check my contribution in the website?
mga shit kau pera namin kinukuha ninyo pag kailangan namin,, uutangin namin sa inyo,, sarili pera namin uutangin pa namin sa inyo... SHITTTTTTTTTTTTT.. then yang website ng SSS hindi makita kung ano na lagay ng contribution namin... mga bwesit kayo sa SSS puro kayo mga magnanakaw lang...

My father is about to apply a pention. the problem is, he cannot proceed because the it took only 101 months the total contributions. he already paid the remaining 11 months but it was not posted because the it was not encoded to the system. my father is a voluntary/self employed member. Sino ang maf-encode? eh...pabalik-balik na kami sa pagpapalow-up..wala pa result. Can any body please help me? Anu ang pwede naming gawin? my procedure ba? tanks..decebel@yahoo.com
Hello,
If your father is self paying, it means that you paid either through bank or in the SSS itself. If you have a receipt in all those payments you made, then there is no reason why hindi ma-encode ang payments ng father mo na sinasabi mo, right?
I presinta nyo po ang mga resibo nyo sa SSS as proof and for sure hindi dapat kayo magkaproblema dahil a copy of the receipt especially for those self paying members ay sapat na po para proof na nakabayad kayo.

what happened to your online inquiry? as you said,the SSS website w/c you guys (government officials) says that this is the easy way to check the status of our monthly premium as well as loan balance. . . so, where is the "EASY" way? Sad to say, SSS is the "INTRICATE OR COMPLICATED" website everrrrrrrrrrr. . . . . Overrrrrrrrrrr . . . .

can you please find an easy way on how we can check our sss contribution, the old website was fine until you changed it, it's taking a lot of my time and patience just to check my sss contribtion. napaka useless naman ng site nyo.

paano ko makita ang mga declared dependents ko. i need it so i can present it to PHILHEALTH, di ba puede na ang SSS declared dependents natin will automatically be carried as our Philhealth dependents, kailangan pa ba mag present tayo ng mga documents. lmost 2 months na akong pabalik2 sa SSS till now dpa rin ako makapag process ng loan due to unrecorded 1 month loan payment since my last payment (co. deduction from my salary was April) which is month of June dpat nakapag loan nako bkt ganun katagal po ba ang recording??? dinala q na mismo sa sss ang diskette para ma upload sa system ng sss but still, ang sabi saken w8 to be post the remaining balance....
