I encounter a problem regarding with my online registrations with SSS. Im so happy at first because i can easily tract down my contributions made by my employers. Unfortunately i can't Log-in to their website because they never send me a password. I'll try to Re- Register to their website, amazingly it said that i already have an account.
I emailed their customer support and I'm glad that i receive a response. I suggest to them to cancel my previous email address because maybe it because my email address thats why i never receive any passwords from them to open my account online. I was advised to call the number for their IT department.
Expectedly, no one answers the call.
I personally go to their head office in Quezon City just to Fix this problem.
Sad to say an employee there told me that i need to call the number and talk to their IT.
I already told them that i'll try to call the number they gave me but no one answers the call.
I'll try to email their customer support department once again and i got the same email, the one that they send me before.
I'm really tired to it. That's why i'm very thankfull that there's a blog like this that help us to post our concern regarding to this company.

This is a very bad agency, and they have the nerve to post online campaigns that memebers can now apply or check contributions online! WAKE UP!
Hi guys, just some ideas for the problems here as I've observed this before with my account.
1> Online registration
Id like suggest that you try registering during weekdays, the confirmation email i have received before when I registered on a saturday afternoon actually came on monday.
second, if it seems that you have never received any confirmation e-mails, and it states that the user ID is existing, you might wanna try the the spam mails folder. you'd be surprised with the number of important mails that you can find there.
if that still doesn't work, try reseting your password, just type in your email on the space provided (read people, please). Honestly, you might wanna read coz i know lots of people who skips important details right in front of their eyes just coz they assume that stuffs can't be found, or, that they assume they know better without any guidance. That's not meant to scold the readers though. I just find it as an amusing observation coz it always happens at home.
2> checking contributions online.
I am lead to believe that they do not update monthly but rather quarterly (or maybe when the employers report the sss contributions?) Simply put, a month ago, when I opened the contribution listing, a month ago i could only see my contributions until auguust. a week or two ago, sep oct and nov are there and now it seems dec is already posted too.
3> EAsy SSS Access.
I think that we should be glad that sss had the foresight to at least give us a safer, and more secure access. could you imagine how you would feel once someone took you identity only to learn that they got all your details while accessing your easily accessible SSS account online where they just have to know your bday annd sss to know evvery details that is provided in there,... isn't that the least bit scary at all?

how come na hindi sila namimigay ng Print outs ng summary of contribution if kung ikaw naman personally ang kukuha, wag nilang sabihing due to security purposes kaya ganun, tapos irerefer ka nila sa palpak na online registration eh 10th times na nga akong nag reregister hindi parin makapasok!!. Ano ba namang systema yan? regular at ayos naman ang pagbabayad mo tapos hihingin lang ng simpleng print outs hindi pa nila magawa. HINDI BIRO ang pumila sa SSS ha, tapos un lang ang sasabihin nila na hindi na sila namimigay ng print outs, at ito pa, sila pa ang matatapang ha, samantalang ang sinusweldo nila eh galing sa tax na binibigay naten!!! Wala ba silang ibang magagawang paraan kundi irefer ka sa hindi gumaganang online system, - wlang sumasagot sa referred email nila for questions, tapos wala ding sasagot ng hotline na mga potek na yan!!!! We need answers directly from the goverment. PnOY, now that you're the president what can you do abou that?????????

lahat ng regular employee kasi entitled sa benefits. i outline niyo lang mga hindi niyo nakuha, gaya ng night shift differential, overnight, holiday pay (premium rate kung nagtrabaho kayo), service incentive leave, etc.
magconsulta rin sa abogado (kaibigan sana para pwde wala or discounted ang bayad) para sa iba pang hakbang.

Magandang araw po sa inyo, ako poy isang membro ng sss since july 1973 to present. Ang ipinagtataka ko lang ay kong bakit mali-it lang ang total monthly contribution ko na since 1973 to Jan 2011 ( A total of 409 months ) samantalang kong sumadahin antin ay dapat 438 months. Sana macorecsyonan ito bago ako magretiro this coming September 2011. Salamat po.

Anu po ba talaga ang problema????baket po talagang sooobrang tagal makuha ang aming ID????? hndi ba pwedeng makipag ugnayan kayo sa DFA na pwd ba nilang alisin sa mga requirements nila ang ID ng SSS...kayo ang dahilan ng hinde makakuha ang mga tao ng gustong kumuha ng Passport....isa pa diba meron naman pong mga kontribusyon kaming mga meyembro????baket nio kami pinahihirapan....tapos ayaw nio kamong sagutin o alalayan sa mga kelangan namin....kung hinde ninyo mabigyan o ma-accomodate kaming nag rerequest ng ID's..bigyan nio nlang kami ng certification na katunayan matagal na kaming meyembro ng ahensya niniyo para makakuha ng Passport.....
