Our Mission

Our Mission:

It is all really very simple for SSS Online Inquiry. We all want the proper authorities to know about what and how we feel about the SSS services. We just want to provide something to share and for all to know using a system that always works, a graffiti wall.

We want to call this a graffiti wall because this is like democracy here where you can put in and say any bad or good experience or information that you learned or know about the Social Security System in the Philippines and the services that this government institution provide for their members.

We want to help the agency disseminate valuable information regarding SSS online inquiry and other stuff that people can use in going to the SSS from application, membership, loan, benefits, and the standard rules and regulations within the agency.

This will also give a chance to people who are having or have problems with the SSS that they want a place to write on and speak for the proper authorities to know about. Basically, everything we want in here should be able to help whether in a small or big way, other people who are still under a process of learning from experience or is about to undergo such processes.

The tips and frequently asked questions here is what makes us a work in progress and as we pool all those ideas together, we hope that in the future, we may be able to provide a more reliable information and help SSS members know certain things that the SSS agency cannot handle to let people know online. (SSS Olongapo)What is the meaning of offline? does it mean that no services are offered during this status even if it takes 1 day? what are the measures being done to ensure service is continued?
