SSS please tell where can we write our message to you about our problem? Last April 29, 2011 i received check named to my husband for his sickness benefit,but he was already dead. I went to the office of SSS FTI branch, Taguig to claim the check amounting to 1,200 but they told me that i will wait until my death claim will be approved, so on Aug. 19,2011 i requested to replace this check to my name but i received letter that it was cancelled. Why not replace it, becuase of your slow response for his request he died already when his sickness benefit came.Please replace the check #0009398706.Thank you.
inquire ko lang po kung until when ma re recieve ng mother ko ang death claim ng father ko since march 26 pa po nya inapply ung death claim until now wla pa din po result...pabalik balik na po ang mother ko...wla pa din kasi...
