Its been 6months, when I applied for my SSS Id, hanggang ngayon wala pa... What kind of service meron kayo, slOw.
jan po ko kumuha dati ng sss E1.. nawala po ung E1 ko.. need ko po malaman ung sss number ko.. 1month to process pa po ng pa copy po ako ng e1 ko.. d2 parañaque,kelangan ko na po kasi ngaun para sa sahod ko po
mkukuha p po b ung SSS I.D. khit 6months n ang nka2raan? naging busy lng po kasi sa studies.. ksi my ngpunta po dti sa skul nmin n SSS n pwdeng maG-apply.. eh sobrang busy po dhil graduating at sa board exam.. mkukuha p kya un? nu po dpat qng gwin? thanks..

why is it so hard to claim the loans and why does it takes too much time to process when in fact, files that we had presented were all valid, as well as the ID's? kindly reply.. we are waiting for your response.

SSS branch in Valenzuela is the most inefficient govt office I have ever been to so far.I was a govt employee myself for 15 years but I have not experienced such inefficiency. I queued up for more than 3 hours to inquire about my ID number only to receive an instruction that I need to fill out a form. Isnt that a total waste of precious time!
Cant you device a systematic process so we save each others time and effort? The DFA and Philhealth are already shaping up and improving their services Time to build up a new image for the govt, SSS. Be one of them.
