my God, kaya pala laging busy ang mga number na yan, gagawin ng mga empleyadong sumasagot ng telepono, ihahang nila ang phone at madidinig mo ang mga empleyado na nagchichikahan lang.

grabe sa sss malabon, ms. jose lat, ayusin nyo naman ang trabaho nyo, bukod sa panay daldalan nyo nasa oras ng trabaho, napakasusungit nyo pa dyan. in the service of the people tayo dapat dyan hindi in the service of chikahan.!!!!!!!!!!!

August 20,2010...
My father called SSS MALABON, regardign my grandfather's funeral claim application, he already called four times, all they can say is... "Magreturn call nalang po kayo after 30 minutes, iveverify lang ho". He got pissed off and asked me to call lucky me... the woman who answered the phone says the same, then when I called it was busy and then... "Sorry the telephone number you dialed is not accessible at the moment please try your call later. So what does this means... It was hanged by the woman who answered the phone call. What the heck are they doing is verifying an application takes a hundred years, or they just don't know how to use the computer... Please people of SSS MALABON BRANCH do your work... you are being paid! All I thought was, "aakayin tayo sa daang matuwid", but then this only means that they are all ROTTEN!

Marami na nagrereklamo jan sa SSS employee in Malabon branch!!! sobrang daming bad comments... Specially the two girls infront...Ur Nothing... si Mr. Jose ok pa yan GOOD... wag nyo na intayin makarating sa nakakataas ito two of u... PAKITUNGUHAN NYONG DALAWA ANG MGA MATATANDA @ MGA KULANG SA KAALAMAN.... WAG NYO BASTUSIN @ HIYAIN... SORRY...but it's True... thank u!!!!

I DONT THINK NA MALABON BRANCH LANG ANG MAY PROBLEMA WHEN IT COMES SA TAWAGAN, LAHAT NG BRANCHES NILA MAY PROBLEMA, PURO "WRONG NUMBER" ANG MGA NATATWAGAN KO (IBA IBANG BRANCH),KUNG YUNG PINAKA MAIN NILA ANG HIRAP NG TAWAGAN YUN PA KAYANG MALILIIT NA BRANCHES NILA. JUST WONDERING LANG PO GANYAN BA TALAGA SUPPPEEERRR KA BUSY ANG ANG MGA LINYA NYO DYAN??? AS IN WHOLE DAY HINDI AKO MAKAPASOK NG TAWAG!!!

simula 10am tumatawag na ko patay pasa ng calls, 3pm na ko na-aattendan yung concern ko napaka rude ng nakasagot na trainee ng SSS malabon branch, imagine trainee lang makasagot "busy ang mgA tao dito hindi ka din nila kakausapin dahil madami silang ginagawa" at binabaan ako ng phone and behind those tumatawa at sinabing "sir tumawag ulit" meaning may nag utos saka niya na ganun ang isagot/iasta at kung sino? si JOMARI CAIMOSO/CLERK/MEMBER ASSISTANT. galit na yung client nakukuha pang tumawa.. kausap ko na si jomari pinapatawag nanaman ako sa ibang number na kaya naman niyang sagutin pala yung tanong ko.. BASTOS talaga.. well maybe ganun pinalaki ng mga parents nila at ganun ang nature ng school niya..thats why they behaves that way all the SSS malabon branch bastos, walang modo, pare-parehas mga ugali niyo...

tama!! i was calling at the numbers kanina busy.. tapos nung nag ring di naman sinasagot?!! my gulay kaya di umaasenso pilipino dahil sa mga katulad nyo, wake up naman sa mga officers dapat motto nyo " we dont need quantity in this company, we need quality employees ".

gud day! sir madam sbi nyo po 2 - 3 wks lng hhntayin nmin pra maraceived nmin ung dissability ng father q bat nung ika 3rd wk wla pa at nung nag col aq mg hntay uli ng 3 wks...... ano bang system mron ang SSS???????? bka mmmatay n ung mag cclaim ng dissability ng father q. sa tagal ng pag hhintay!!!!!!!????????

Well, na experience ko din yan, deathclaim, sobrang dami hinihingi, then pag complete na, may hihingin ulit, it takes us a year to get the claim, kaya sila kumilos dahil nagcomplain ako sa mainbranch...Such ungrateful government employees..

Nagpunta ako s main office pra i-follow up yung n hintong monthly pension ng uncle at binigyan nla ako ng kopya n may memo n clang pndala s inyong branch n ngpptunay n buhay p c Solomon L. Adornado sss id no. 03-1124444-5 bkit d nyo p maibalik yung pension nya ano p bng kailangan bkit antagal ng aksyon nyo.

Pki blisan nyo nman ang pg process ng pension ng uncle k. May memo n pla s inyong branch bkit dn nyo p maaksyunan ano pb dpat nyong intayin, pera nman nya yun. My uncle has received a monthly pension ky lng nhinto dhil s wrong report n sya'y "patay" eh buhay n buhay. Solomon L. Adornado.

Wlang ginawa kundi mgkwentuhan, dpat s palengke cla ddyan s sss, aba, mg ikot k gmitin m mga mata mng makita m, maawa ks mga myembro n lumalapit s opisina nyo members sila, pera nla yang nkaimpok..... wag kng paupo upo aantayin mp bang m broadcast kyo on television pra matauhan k....

Pls. Pay attention sana dun s pgfollow up namin ng monthly pension nguncle ko. Nahinto kc ito dahil s may ngreport n sya ay patay n samantalang buhay n buhay p, pki bilisan nyonman ang pgkilos inaasahan lng nman nila yung pensyon. SOLOMON L. ADORNADO 03-1124444-5.

I follow up my uncle's pension Solomon L. Adornado 03-1124444-5 nhinto yung peension nya, kelan nyo maiaayos yun lang inaasahan nila matatanda n saka wla ng trabho, pnpatay ns report. Pls lngpki balik nyo n yung pension nya.
